Mary Ann Van Berlo is an avid gardener who volunteers with Master Gardeners of Ottawa-Carleton. Her 2.4-acre garden on the St. Lawrence River is part of the 1000 Islands and Rideau Canal Garden Trail. Since the trail opened in June 2015, Mary Ann has welcomed many visitors and bus tours to her garden. In June 2017, Mary Ann’s garden was featured in Ontario Gardener Magazine.
