Manotick Horticultural Society is one of 19 Societies that make up District 2 of the Ontario Horticultural Association.
District 2 is split into three River Basins: Mississippi River Basin: Almonte, Carleton Place, Pakenham, Perth, Smiths Falls, Stittsville, and West Carleton. Upper Ottawa River Basin: Deep River, Eganville, Madawaska, Pembroke, Petawawa, Greater Ottawa Water Garden, and Whitewater. Rideau River Basin: Kanata-March, Manotick, Nepean, Ottawa, and Ottawa Valley Rock Garden.
The district has an annual photography competition, with entries due by March 15, 2025.
