Our speaker, Paul LaPorte, is the owner of Ephemeral Ark Nursery (specializing in native woodland species) and consultant on ecological gardening and design.
He studies and stewards a wide variety of native plant communities with diverse ecotypes and microclimates.
On the board of several native plant associations, Paul enthusiastically shares the importance of native plants to our ecology.
